·          Purchase and Sales — Representing individuals, businesses and investors in the purchase and sale of real estate.  Our services include the negotiating, documenting and closing of purchase and sale transactions.  We also provide advice concerning the tax implications of real estate sales and, where appropriate, structure tax-free exchanges for our clients.

Development Assisting real estate developers in a wide variety of projects.  These projects may include the development of office buildings, complexes, shopping centers, subdivisions, and business parks.  We offer a full range of services which often start with the purchase of the land, continue through the permitting, approval, financing and construction process, and culminate with the sale or leasing of the project.

·          Condominiums — Preparing and reviewing condominium documents for residential, commercial, and resort condominium developments or conversions.  Our attorneys assist numerous condominium developers and owners associations with the complex legal issues faced by these developments.

·          Financing — Representing financial institutions in the negotiation, documentation and closing of real estate loan transactions.  In addition, we represent lenders in workout situations, and in conjunction with our litigation attorneys, handle foreclosure and related collection matters.

·          Leasing — Advising developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of residential and commercial leasing.  Our attorneys are experienced in negotiating and structuring complex commercial lease transactions, and also assist our clients in dispute resolutions relating to their leases.

·          Land Use Planning and Zoning — Assisting clients through the maze of zoning and land use regulations.  If a variance, conditional use permit, rezoning or related government approval is necessary, our Real Estate attorneys can assist with the permitting and approval process involved.  These services may include appearances before federal, state, county and local approval authorities and negotiating land use matters with these authorities.  We also have experience in litigating zoning matters in court.

·          Construction Issues — Representing contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design build firms, architects and construction managers in the negotiation and documentation of construction and design projects.  We are also experienced in the filing and foreclosure of contractor's liens to protect our clients' right to be paid for their work.

·          Condemnation Dealing with governmental entities involved in the condemnation of our clients real estate; we can ensure that a clients rights are protected, and that they receive the maximum compensation, during the condemnation and relocation process.
